Currently, Grupo Fiancar through its six stores offers a wide range of over 500 used vehicles available. It also actively purchases units from individuals and acquires units as part of payment when selling a new unit.
Grupo Fiancar has a complete After Sales Department that provides technical assistance of the units of all its represented brands.
It has several workshops with specialized professionals and technicians highly trained in the use of last generation technology to diagnose problems and meet the most diverse needs in the areas of warranty attention and scheduled maintenance services of all its brands, as well as automotive repainting services providing support to the most important insurance companies in the market.
Grupo Fiancar has a complete Spare Parts Center that sells auto parts and original spare parts to supply all customers of its represented brands. It has its own warehouse with a large stock of spare parts and trained personnel to provide professional advice that guarantee swift and efficient services. It provides an immediate delivery service for the pickup of merchandise in the premises, and national coverage for shipments within the entire country.
The Group has a modern Integral Automotive Logistics Center with more than 50,000 m2 for the storage of units in nationalized warehouses and bonded warehouses. It is strategically located only 9 km from the Port of Montevideo and in a place with multiple accesses to national routes. The terminal has the infrastructure and the appropriate technical and professional staff to provide a integral logistics solution for automotive fleets. From there, all the automotive logistics of the Group and other importers in the automotive sector, are centralized and managed, and logistics services are also provided to companies in other lines of business.
Grupo Fiancar offers all its clients its own unsecured financing plan and has agreements with the main banks and financial institutions in the market.
